[TowerTalk] Crank up tower

John,

Not a good practice in my opinion to raise or lower a crank up without 
actually being present at the tower. Too many things can go wrong.

You can still add the Anemometer, but rather put an alarm on it or have it 
page or text you so you can crank down the tower yourself.
