Bethlehem Aluminum (yes, an offshoot of Beth. Steel) will sell you aluminum,
in whatever form and tempering, essentially by the pound.

They have service centers along the east coast, and have been buying up
distribution companies, to expand.   


Gerald, at Texas Towers, is a good source for antenna tubing.   The reason he limits
the length has to do with the cost of freight.
