I wouldn't use Rohn tower, but you already have it.

As for the height, I'd recommend 64', if you can do it.

Check out my page on qrz.com and you will see the 80m vertical with NO  
GUYS that I'm using.  (Actually, two of three verticals are up and  
they will be remotely phased)  Mine are Universal aluminum towers that  
require NO guys, only a bit more than one cubic yard of concrete to  
hold them up ... and solid fiberglass rods in each leg (with  
appropriate drain holes).
