Steve, certainly not every page in an article (as that was what was discussed), but I would think each new article (or added part in a series) needs a forward addressing the safety issue to adequately protect the author, publisher and most importantly, the public.

No doubt, but the climbing and rigging of a tower inherently has greater risk (e.g., propensity for fatality) than DIY articles on say...woodworking -- although I know of some skilled carpenters with missing "digits."
