[TowerTalk] Rotator specs? - Tnx!

Howdy, TowerTalkians --
 
    Thank you to everyone who endeavored to  enlighten me. It wasn't lbs PER 
in, just lb-in.
 
    There is an expression in the Prosistel specs that  says Lbf.in. Now what 
does that mean? Sorry to be so uninformed.
