The best place to find bargains on NEMA boxes is eBay- there is a specific
category for them; it is located in the following path: 

Business & Industrial
Electrical & Test Equipment
Electrical Equipment & Tools
Boxes-Enclosures

I've bought multiple boxes there (most brand new), including a 30"x30"x8"
NEMA box that I have mounted on the wall outside the shack. There is about
20 surge suppressors mounted in it.
