[TowerTalk] fs:old tic 1032 controller

This is an about 20 year old controller for a 1032 ring, the type that has
limit switches and counts gear teeth.  2 pushbuttons to turn and led
display.  Make an offer, I have had the motor assembly rebuilt and now it
uses the same controller as the 1122's.
