Do you know if the mast you mention is galvanized or not?

If you have a steel supply company located relatively close to you in NH it may
be that they can add your mast to their normal orders from the manufacturers and
your share of the trucking cost will drop. Their increase in price compared with
the factory price should be much less than the shipping. You would have to find
someone with a boat trailer to get the mast from the steel supply company to
your QTH I suspect.
