1.  Climbing the  tower is not a problem, just don't do it in a heavy  
wind as the  added windload may overload the tower.
Uh, prime directive violation.  Manufacturer says climbing not  
recommended.   I also have had several Heights and Universal towers  over the years.  
You must have a greater tolerance than I do.  I'd  rather climb a 200 footer 
of Rohn 55 than a 50 foot aluminum one.
