[TowerTalk] antenna tubing end caps

A little squirt of Insulation Foam in the ends will stop the wind music and the wasps.

  They're mostly to stop the wind from blowing through tubing and making whistling sounds.

  I think tubing caps are unnecessary and they could trap water.  I never use 
  them.
