I have to agree.  I'm not trying to justify whatever poor customer 
service attitude RescueTech might have displayed, but I'm not sure it's 
fair to judge their product line based upon a misapplication of one 
item.  I've bought three gorilla hooks and two large double pulleys from 
them (different purchases) and everything has been top notch quality, 
reasonably priced, and shipped quickly.
