Guy,

As far as I'm aware, there are no engineering specifications in the public domain that answer your questions about AB-105 and Rohn 55 tower.

Unfortunately, the MIL-A--12868C(EL) military specification for AB-105 tower is a procurement specification and it does not provide the technical specifications you are seeking. You can find the specification here:

http://docimages.assistdocs.com/watermarker/transient/9A1FCC93EA2D4202857C31A841DB4395.pdf

I have a pdf of the AB-105 Technical Manual, which I'll send to you in a separate e-mail. Its an installation manual and does not provide the technical specifications you are seeking.

This leaves you with the option of contacting a registered P.E. There are several P.E.s on towertalk who may be able to perform the required engineering analysis for you. You shouldn't expect them to perform this analysis for free!

If the P.E. does not have engineering data specifying Rohn 55 Tower section properties, he can find on Rohn Drawing number "C630655 R 9" titled "55G Section Drawing" dated 26 Feb 1988. For many years this drawing has been at the end of the Rohn 55 section of the Rohn catalog. I can supply the same engineering data specifying AB-105C/FRC tower section properties.
