suggest you find one to play with first,
that is blue on green lettering.. and SMALL so if you are the typical 
over65 ham, you are definitely going to need LIGHT source and CHEATERS 
to enlarge those teeninsey characters.

I would stick with the 269 which costs less and probably does more.
