Hey Tony, here's a curve ball right back.  Call Hy-Gain and get the 
instructions to convert that 203BA to a 17 meter antenna and put it above 
your TA-33.  You will really enjoy 17 meters and you will be a big gun on 
that band with a 3 element monoband antenna.
