[TowerTalk] Tri-Ex HS471 Information

Does anyone happen to have the specs (wind loading, weight, base requirements) on a Tri-Ex HS471 tower?  My neighbor acquired one that was apparently never erected, it's in mint condition other than the crank handle is missing.  A manual would be great if anyone has one. I assume this is a self supporting tower and does not require guying?  Any information would be appreciated.
