I have had very good service from Rotor Doctor www.rotor-doc.com .  If you 
wish to repair the rotor yourself, the parts are available from Hy-Gain. 
I'm sure you know that CDE is now Hy-Gain and a part of MFJ Enterprises.  I 
have a lower housing for your rotor with all good brake cogs but the bearing 
race needs to be polished.  It's yours for the shipping cost if that will 
help.
