[TowerTalk] tower-array coupling example

Some of you may be wondering why I've become such a nut case on tower-array 
coupling.  Last fall I made some detailed measurements on an 80m 4-square 
with tower interaction problems.

I've written up a description of this work and posted it on my web page.  I 
think it shows just how much of a problem tower interactions with an array 
can be.
