Bill, I think he said it was new.  However, it was commonly known that you
were "boiling" something out there in Pinellas County, we all just thought

I  have been following this thread on and off  and I wonder if this is a new

or old A-3.  If it has been outside for a while  then there is always  a 
possibility there is water in the traps.  These things are notorious
"sponges" 
for water.  The ones I had in FL occasionally had to be  "boiled off"
