[TowerTalk] Discone Antenna

Senior moment, 82yr version.
A few years ago, I bought a discone antenna from an ad in either World Radio, QST or CQ. ( I said it was a senior moment, but wait, there's more)
The seller was from Ruston, Louisiana, and the quality was high. The problem is that I now have no more info than that. I have lost the manual and the address of the seller. 
I really need the manual, mostly for tuning.  Can anyone help?
