Thanks, I looked over the site, but didn't see anything that meant much 
to me..Other than I'd have to sell the old Debonair to get one. OTOH if 
I don't get my medical back I might as well.  (Just two BP checks left 
between me and it)  Unfortunately I'm limited to 100 feet on this lot.  
Setback rules "for safety" limit me to that with a lot 200 X 200.  (Just 
shy of an acre).  OTOH if it's strong enough they don't care what I put 
on top.
