[TowerTalk] TV Channels 2-6 Post Transition

Does anyone know the process of petitioning the FCC?
In other countries there is a 70.0-70.5 allocation and while participation
is small, more countries have made allocations in the last decade and there
is activity.

?????? Whoa! This is really out of the ballpark. We don't discuss TV antennas, commercial broadcast or much to do with politics or the FCC. Please take this elsewhere.

??????? We are always interested in thoughtful tower and HF antenna construction topics though.
