[TowerTalk] ARR 1.8 - 2.0 MHz Pre-Amp

Put a pair of switching diodes (IE: 1N914) back to back and across the
pre-amp input to ground. High level RF will be shunted to ground while not
effecting normal operation. ARR used to include the diodes if you
specifically asked for them.
