[TowerTalk] common winch mounting holes?

Hello everyone

 

im hoping you can help educate me on the options i might have for replacing a Fulton K1550 winch.  Are the mounting holes for that winch similar to other winches?  Just curious to know if i have to modify the mounting location.

 

I heard that Dutton Lainson has similar winches with similar bolt hole locations...are there any others for that size of winch?
