[TowerTalk] ROHN Catalog

Steve clearly is not out of line. Steve, IMO, does an outstanding job of
keeping things in perspective and moderating this list server, and adds to
the discussions from a standpoint of knowledge and experience.

As for the Rohn catalog discussion, so what? It's just about who received
what, and if they were charged for it.

I have never publicly criticized a list administrator before but this time
it demands my exception. You are way out of line Steve. There have been very

few, if any, useful comments on this Rohn catalog nonsense. There has been
no tech stuff just whether a catalog was received or not and which catalog
it was.
Sorry for the bandwidth guys but I felt it had to be said.

Don't you have a delete key? Your sarcastic comment is inappropriate.
Apparently you don't have anything useful to do yourself.

The Rohn catalog is one of the most important books you need in your
tower library (besides my Up The Tower book, that is). It has the specs for
anyone interested in planning or putting up a guyed or self-supporting
tower, even if it's not a Rohn tower.

Rohn 25G and 45G are used by the vast majority of amateur tower owners
and are the industry standard.

Please confine your TowerTalk comments to thoughtful questions or
comments to tower and HF antenna construction topics. Tnx.

Cheers,
Steve K7LXC
