[TowerTalk] Wind zone maps

I believe that the map shows wind speeds for each zone (3 second gust speeds under TIA/EIA 222 rev G). The first number is the basic speed in miles per hour with no ice. The number in parenthases is the basic wind speed in miles per hour with an ice load.
