[TowerTalk] Ham Radio family electrocuted

As no one can seem to find a call sign, it is also likely it was CB
and not ham related - though the media for the most part doesn't know
the difference. No less tragic, but more often than not, a whole lot
less antenna experience. They should never have been erecting an
antenna in the dark.
