You're supposed to use EHS leaders with Phillystran and you can measure the 
tension on the leader.  I have tried measuring tension with a LOOS directly 
on Phillystran and surprisingly got comparable results to the EHS 
measurements.

I use the LOOS  Model  PT-2 for Tension adjustments.  Is the PT-2 good for
Phillystran also ?
