To the many folk who responded, a much greatful thank you. Since every situation is different and I have been known to do things first and then try to put a square peg in a round hole afterwards, all of the responses gave me both food for thought and also a headache (LOL) . Nevertheless, over the next month or so, I will attempt to use the information suggested and hopefully I will be able to share some good news.
