[TowerTalk] stand offs on crankup tower

I don't have any standoffs except the one at the top of my LM470.  At the 
top I used heavy garden hose around the coax & rotator feed in a large arc 
to distribute the force. The coax & lines drop easily to the ground when 
lowering the tower.
