[TowerTalk] Tension Testor

Why?  I checked the tension on my HPTG6700 using a Loos PT-3 and the 
readings seems consistent with the tension on the 1/4" EHS leader.

    BTW the only Phillystran you can measure directly  is the HPTG 4000.
