I have read that US Tower will sell you the cable but won't supply any 
installation instructions.

I would take plenty of pictures of the way the present cable is routed 
before you remove it. I've read a suggestion that you should disconnect 
the present cable at one end and attach the new cable to it, then pull 
from the other end, BUT I don't know whether the doubled section of the 
cable is going to get through all the narrow spaces.
