[TowerTalk] Gluing rope

Remember those "Chinese handcuffs" we used to put over a finger on each 
hand that grip when you pull apart?  You should be able to make one out 
of the braid from some RG-8 coax.  Slip it over it the ends of the two 
ropes and pull tightly to grip both ropes, then haul away.
