Any antenna restrictions could pose a problem. The fact that they put
TV antennas and satellite dishes sounds like a loophole. I'm sure they
intended to exclude any "ugly" antennas. I would look elsewhere on
principle alone.

Also, the prohibition on roof mounted TV antennas is null and void per
FCC OTARD:

You are allowed a TV antenna that is generally 12 ft or less above the
roof line.
