[TowerTalk] wind load - TIA-222

It's really the TIA-222-G and it googles very  well. It's the 
Telecommunications Industry Assoc. and retired Seahawk Steve  Largent is the President. 
 
    Older revs were a hundred bucks or so. The latest  one is MUCH more 
expensive.
