i have a cz 454fs had it up for years  this is my third one and i 
still have the wooden temp out in the shop. it is just two peices of 
plywood 1/4 in thick in a T shape i also have an L rod under the shop 
somewhere. i can measure both and send you the sizes if you like. no 
reason to send the units as you can make the temple yourself.

p.s. the L rods are 3 ft long the L is about 6 inchs and they are 
1  in in dia. if i recal but will check if no one else has the info for you
