[TowerTalk] rf blead choke for 160m

Is this choke for bleeding off static?
I the answer is  yes, just use a 100K or larger resistor rated for a few 
watts.
Personaly, I have a choke that HyGain sells as a spare/replacement for the 
HyGain AV-640. Does the same job as  a resistor.
