[TowerTalk] Guywires - changing to - Tower Base

Wire mesh must be in a more recent catalog than mine.  I would prefer rebar
except maybe for a big pad base.  For the 'normal' 25g/45g/55g bases up to
200' or so I think that mesh would be harder to work with... probably
something to leave for the professionals.
