Alan,
Yes it is available.  Have one here in the box for a customer ready to  
assemble.  Can't comment on performance but I have assemble a couple of the  
DB36.  Not a DREAM to assemble and it's a heavy antenna.
The DB18E should be a little easier, but not much.
