Boy, I have to tell you, my experience with the RFC guys has been the 
opposite.  They carry cheap stuff, and I've heard from them that it's 
because hams are cheap, but I have also often had them advise me not to 
use the stuff unless I know exactly what I'm getting in for, and 
suggest, not the priciest Amphenol stuff, but what they consider a 
reasonably-priced alternative.
