The link below should take you to a calculator (Google: log periodic 
calculator). I tried it
a couple of months ago and the values seemed reasonable by looking at them. 
Values
seemed to work in an antenna modeling program as well.  I have yet to build 
an array based on
calculated/modelled values which would be the real test.
