Plain old USPS won't  hold water in most courts.



Jeez. And this has WHAT to  do with TowerTalk? 
 
        Let's stick to tower and HF  antenna construction project topics. 
You want legal discussions, take them  somewhere else. (There is the Ham-Law 
reflector for that, among others.)  Tnx.
