why?

The antenna is designed for 3 bands .. if you remove the inner traps  
to make it only 20/15 you will have to replace the inner traps with  
new tubing and retune the entire antenna.
Sounds like a waste of time/money/energy to me.

Besides .. 10m is going to be wide open soon ...  I predict that ...  
check back in 4 years and see if I was right!
