[TowerTalk] Plumbing a Tower

        This is common. It mostly  happens when tower sections are 
assembled laying on the ground so the individual  tower sections aren't totally 
plumb when they're stacked. 
 
        Is it a problem? Not  really. Industry specs allow self-supporters 
to be out of plumb 6" per 100 feet,  which is a lot less than the guyed 
tower spec, which I think is 3".
