[TowerTalk] Grounding control line shields at tower base

  Jim,

As mentioned in my previous and long email, the shields of all control 
and coaxial lines should be grounded at the top and bottom of the tower, 
as well as at the entrance panel at the house -- for all the reasons I 
mentioned.

Now go and do the right thing!  ;)
