[TowerTalk] Mixing concrete for a base

Call a truck, it should be cheaper, and you would get a monolithic pour 
which is much stronger.

1 part cement
2 parts sand
3 parts gravel
and the most important part for strength is as little water as possible so 
you have a mix and not soup.
