They have a very nice Hilti  Drills you can rent, I did it  past year in San Antonio when installing   a few ground rod  and few pipes for vertical antennas

50 dlls per day  was not bad for a 1500 dlls drill

Subject: [TowerTalk] rock drill

There's not some outside, wild chance that someone in the San Antonio
area has a rock drill I could use or possibly rent? I now need to
drill some 1-1/2 or so holes in the bottom of the tower hole to epoxy
rebar into, and some 3/4 " holes for the sides. really want to get
this done so the tower can go up.
