[TowerTalk] Old AC PST61 Rebuild update

If any one is interested, I *finally* finished thePST61 rebuild tutorial 
with lots of photos. I also added a section covering my attempt to keep 
water out of the top seal using a cone of Silastic rubber. It could use 
some proof reading. I've gone over it many times, but I, like most, make 
my own worst proof reader.
