I've not seen any fencing that was DOM and I use some of the stuff from 
a commercial source.  All I've seen has a welded seam, but it's almost 
invisible with the galvanizing.  The fencing I've used is very strong, 
but springy.  IOW I get a lot of movement but no set from bending
