[TowerTalk] Old Rohn Crank Up Tower

I have obtained a 54' Rohn crank up tower that I would like to set up.   I am in need of a copy of the owner's manual and/or eng spec for the tower so I can install it properly and make sure my antennas won't over load it.   

Since I have limited space and am no longer able to climb my only real option is to use a crank up tower with tilt over base.  I know Rohn discontinued these towers due to safety issues.   I remember seeing an article on how to put a safety catch on old crank ups to prevent them from coming down unexpectedly.   I am looking for this document as well.
