In addition to the ideas already offered - you could contact a local powder-coating shop and have it powdercoated, since it's unlikely you have an oven large enough to cure the powder. :) On the subject of paint, I've taken to using ZeroRust instead of POR15. It's less hazardous to my health, and works just as well. -Tom ke7vux
